Pernilla Gripenberg

I am a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Management and Organization at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. My research interest is on the experiences of living and working in the information society and my doctoral thesis explored human-ICT relationships in everyday life contexts. I have previously published on this subject in The Information Society, Information Technology & People, and at international conferences, such as ECIS and IRIS. My most recent work is on emotions and agency in information technology uptake and on sociomaterial attachment. I am also co-editing a book called Challenging the Innovation Paradigm, that will be published in the Routledge Studies of Technology, Work and Organization in 2012.
