Zulkhairi Dahalin

A professor of Information Systems at Universiti Utara Malaysia. Holds a PhD from Aston University, UK, MSc and BA in Computer Science from Western and Southern Illinois universities, respectively. Areas of research interest include ICT for (rural) development, Information Strategy Planning, Business Process Re-engineering and Enterprise Architecture.
